Salut restaurant concept

Salut hotel restaurant offers its guests a pleasant stay in a cozy and modernly furnished environment . You can taste culinary specialties of Czech and international cuisine. Chef of the restaurant Jakub Švec will create an unforgettable gastronomic experience for you.

                      

We follow the 3 ingredients principle in our restaurant. In practice, this means that the 3 main ingredients dominate our meals, which together form a delicate and balanced taste. We work exclusively with fresh, healthy and local ingredients that are grown or produced within 150 km of our restaurant.

              

When cooking we don't use any additives or flour, and we reduce sauces. We treat food with respect, we try to make the most of every ingredient and eliminate waste.

                

We also organize corporate and social events , such as receptions, cocktail parties, weddings or family celebrations.

                

Sitting in the Salut restaurant with a glass of good wine, delicious cocktail or great traditional Czech beer from the Únětice Brewery is a pleasure.
